Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us using the information provided on our website.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us using the form available on our website.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to the return address provided by our support team.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping Policy
We strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. However, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible if the package is reported as not received.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:

Check the shipping address:
Double-check the address provided at checkout to ensure it is accurate and complete. -
Look around your property:
Check safe places such as your mailbox, porch, garage, or behind bushes.
Ask household members, neighbors, or your building manager if they received the package on your behalf. -
Contact the carrier:
Reach out to the delivery company (e.g. USPS, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail, DHL) and provide your tracking number for more information. -
File a claim:
If the package is still missing, you may file a claim with the carrier. Most delivery services offer compensation for lost or undelivered packages.
Important note:
We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered. By placing an order, you agree to our shipping and delivery terms.

Cancellation and Return Window
You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. To do so, please contact our customer support team via email or phone.
After this 2-hour window, orders are automatically processed and can no longer be canceled. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled or refunded until delivery has occurred.
If you receive damaged goods or if there is an error in your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the items. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
