PREAMBLE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) are entered into between:

PEDIGLOW, sole proprietorship, with its registered office at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France, registered under number 940 159 692,

and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the REHAIR website.

Validating an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

1. PURPOSE

These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by us through its website.

2. PRODUCTS

We offers products available for online purchase. Product descriptions and photos are provided for informational purposes only.

3. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE

Products are available for sale and delivery within the United States only.

4. PRICES

Product prices are shown in dollars ($), inclusive of all taxes, but excluding shipping costs.
REHAIR reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

5. ORDERS

All orders are confirmed upon validation of payment.
PEDIGLOW reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer.

6. PAYMENT

Payment is required immediately upon placing the order. Accepted payment methods include:

Debit/Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
PayPal
Shopify Payments
Stripe

Transactions are secured via Shopify Payments and Stripe, both compliant with PCI-DSS standards ensuring the protection of banking data.

7. DELIVERY

Products are delivered within 7 to 15 working days.
REHAIR cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carriers.

8. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return window: 30 days from the date of receipt of the item.

Conditions: Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Refunds: After inspection of the returned item, a confirmation email will be sent. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within a variable timeframe.

Refund delays: If a refund does not appear, please verify with your bank or credit card provider.

Sale items: Discounted items are not refundable.

Exchanges: Only applicable for defective or damaged items upon receipt. Please contact us via the “Contact Us” page.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For items valued over 39$, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable legislation, customers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt of their order, without needing to provide any justification or pay any penalties.

10. LIABILITY

REHAIR shall not be held liable for any misuse of products purchased or for any indirect damage.

11. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

Personal information collected during the ordering process is used solely for order management and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), customers have the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data by contacting PEDIGLOW at contact@myrehair.com.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and European Union where applicable.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
